In the context of the European elections from June 6 to 9, 2024, we had the honor of collaborating with the European Parliament on the design and realization of an innovative modular stand, aimed at supporting their #useyourvote campaign. This campaign seeks to mobilize European citizens and raise awareness about the importance of their participation in the electoral process.

The European Parliament had clear requirements for this project: to create a stand that is robust, reusable, easy to assemble and transport, while reflecting the importance and seriousness of the event. These criteria guided us throughout the design and development process to best meet our client's expectations.

A modular and reusable stand:

Modularity was a key aspect of this project. The stand needed to adapt to different spaces and configurations, whether in a large exhibition hall or a smaller venue. We therefore designed a stand composed of interchangeable modules, allowing great flexibility in installation. This modular approach also offers the advantage of reusability. After the 2024 elections, the European Parliament can easily reassemble the stand for other events or campaigns, making it a sustainable and cost-effective investment.

Robustness and durability:

Robustness was also a priority for this project. The stand needed to withstand intensive use while maintaining a neat and professional appearance. For this, we opted for high-quality materials known for their durability. These materials, while strong, are lightweight, facilitating both transport and assembly.

Ease of assembly and transport:

One of the main concerns of the European Parliament was the simplicity of assembling and disassembling the stand. It was crucial that the on-site team could install and dismantle the stand quickly and easily. We therefore chose an intuitive assembly system that requires no specialized tools. Each module of the stand easily connects to the others, and the connections are secured to ensure the stability of the entire structure.

In terms of transport, the stand was designed to be compact when disassembled. The modules fit into specially designed cases, greatly facilitating their transport from one location to another. These cases are lightweight, robust, and easy to handle, allowing the logistics team to manage the movement of the stand without difficulty.

An emblematic project for a crucial campaign:

The #useyourvote campaign is of utmost importance to the European Parliament, as it aims to encourage greater electoral participation across Europe. The stand we developed plays a central role in this campaign by providing an attractive and functional space to interact with citizens, provide key information, and encourage them to participate actively in the elections.
